This gorgeous dress from a rare bridal collection by a couture eveningwear designer is truly unique! I was first drawn to the sparkling starburst pattern of leaves coming from the waist (we had a fall wedding). But, when I tried it on, what really made me fall in love with this dress was the incredible draping – it’s part column dress, part ballgown, and all elegant! The color is a shimmery eggshell, and with the shiny silver embroidered leaves, the whole dress just glows. It’s perfect for almost any venue, and is such a unique, modern take on a classic bridal silhouette.
I wore it my entire wedding day in total comfort – it’s lightweight, zips up easily on and off, and has a train that is elegant but totally manageable around tight corners (or in the bathroom!). The middle is perfectly structured but doesn’t poke or prod like corsets do.
